The company is currently raising the first of three capital rounds totaling approximately $30M. An initial $1.5M Pre-Seed round will formalize contracting relationships, develop structured access and leasing channels, and secure commitment-grade counterparties tied to production availability. These steps will establish institutional operating capability and enable a subsequent Series A focused on production readiness and licensing.
